Playing for Coach Boyce and the couple years playing Great Lakes was a time I will never overlook. Building connections and focusing on team building directly translated to my career today. Playing for these two taught me how to be adaptable and coachable, a career, such as mine, in aviation is set up for constant learning. Everyday comes with new challenges and learning curves. These are skills I wouldn’t have without working with my coaches and teammates in my 4 years of playing. In addition to career benefits, I have made numerous relationships and life long friends. I highly encourage any player to get this experience and make every opportunity count!

Can't say enough good things about Jaxson's team and coaches he's had with Great Lakes basketball. It's a different style of AAU ball. Highly competitive practices, professional instruction, great basketball. I've been around other AAU programs. The Great Lakes program is a positive anomaly. They teach the boys to play the game the right way. It's not just run up and down the court. It's playing as a team, playing for the team on the front of the jersey and not on the back. Hard to find a program like that these days.
